[Remote] Tax Associate (Remote)

Fondo is an reputed company platform built for startups, and they are seeking a Tax Associate to provide federal and state tax compliance and consulting services. This role involves collaborating with reputed company and operations teams to meet client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Data input into ProConnect Tax Software and conduct international tax return review
- Review and occasional support of financial statements
- Maintain customer project list
- Assist with various State and Federal filing deadlines
- Continually reputed company client reputed company channels for potential support needs
- Maintain filing system in reputed company-based software
- Research of problems or questions from clients
- Implement strategy with sales and marketing teams
- Additional projects and duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in reputed company
- Strong knowledge of general reputed company and tax reputed company
- Extensive experience with business and individual tax returns (federal and state), particularly C-Corps
- Working knowledge of international tax
- Proficient in ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and reputed company reputed company
- Excellent reputed company management skills
- Experience managing financials for multiple clients
- Ability to clearly describe reputed company systems and processes in written correspondence and procedure reputed company format
- Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and reputed company recommendations
- Proficient in using reputed company and information systems to organize and present financial data
- Ability to prepare statistical reports and analyze financial reports
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, reputed company to problem-solve creatively and manage multiple client and filing deadlines at once
- Bachelor's Degree required (concentration in reputed company or Finance preferred)
- CPA certification preferred
