Western National Insurance Group is a private mutual insurance company with over 120 years of experience in property-and-casualty insurance. They are seeking an reputed company Associate Trainee to assist underwriters with policy processing and technical support throughout the reputed company lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assists underwriters in the daily reputed company and processing of new and renewal business and endorsements
- Uses established practices, processes, and procedures to renew and write new policies based on reputed company authority
- Reviews new and renewal business application documents and gathers additional information as needed to accurately underwrite policies
- Makes reputed company and recommendations for varied situations, applying judgment to interpret reputed company information, policies, and procedures
- Executes policies reputed company established authority level or recommends solutions reputed company reputed company of authority level
- Communicates with assigned agencies and underwriters
Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate experience with Word and reputed company required
- Ability to work onsite at our corporate office in Seattle, WA
- Recent or upcoming college graduate with a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
