[Remote] Remote affiliate manager / marketing manager

RMG Recruitment Agency is a well-established Forex trading company looking to hire an reputed company Remote Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager to expand and scale their affiliate network. The role involves reputed company and managing affiliates, optimizing performance, and developing campaigns focused on the Asia and Africa markets.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, reputed company, and manage affiliates, IBs, and partners globally
- reputed company existing network connections to generate high-quality FTDs
- reputed company and scale affiliate campaigns in Asia and Africa markets
- Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and FTD performance
- Optimize affiliate deals, commission structures, and incentives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term affiliate relationships
- Track performance using affiliate platforms and reporting tools
- Ensure traffic complies with Forex regulations and company policies
- Work closely with internal sales, retention, and compliance teams
Skills
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager in Forex
- Must come with an existing affiliate / IB network that can be activated immediately
- Strong experience working with Asia and Africa markets
- Solid understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models
- Experience delivering and scaling FTDs
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work fully remote and manage time independently
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
