The Bank Operations Trainee role is designed to reputed company future leaders through a 12-month program that includes rotating through various business units and working closely with leadership to solve operational challenges and enhance banking knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through diverse business units, working reputed company by reputed company with leadership on initiatives that build leadership skills, solve business challenges, and expand banking knowledge
  • Analyze operational issues and opportunities, present solutions, and support implementation alongside cross-functional teams

  • Gather and report operational metrics for department, budget variance, unit cost reporting, and investigate discrepancies or issues with guidance
