Responsibilities

• Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
• Maintain performance goals and productivity standards
• Become proficient in processes after completing a structured training program

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience in customer service or reputed company fields
• Experience handling high volume calls while managing multiple computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organization skills
• Previous experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or call center environments strongly preferred
• Experience communicating with patients regarding medical information
• Familiarity with alpha-numeric data entry
• Proven track record of successful teamwork in previous roles
• Previous work in a structured environment with defined breaks
