[Remote] Associate, Retirement Plan Administration (Testing)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vestwell is a financial technology company based in reputed company that focuses on powering the new savings economy. They are seeking an reputed company retirement plan administrator to join their Retirement Plan Administration team, responsible for compliance testing, government reporting, and plan terminations for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Year end testing for DC plans
- Answer questions from the client service team on retirement plan subjects
- Assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections
- Provide consulting services to sponsor and advisors as needed
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Retirement Plan Administration experience
- Experience in Retirement Plan Administration for reputed company Plans, including working on IQPA audits
- Exceptional understanding of plan administration, compliance testing and IRS regulations
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail & organization
- Passion for helping people
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite & G suite
- Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently reputed company set deadlines
- Team player
- Shows ownership and initiative in reputed company aspects of work
- QKA certifications
