[Remote] Program Advisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Teachers of reputed company is the leading national alternative certification program provider based in Houston, Texas. They are seeking a Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through their alternative teaching certification program, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expertise about the certification/licensure programs, state requirements, and company policies and procedures
- Use this knowledge to engage with candidates to help them strategize and problem solve to move along reputed company the program to complete their certification
- Engage and recognize incoming calls as reputed company tasks
- Manage volume of emails, inbound and outbound calls
- Will possibly assist state operations team with sales representation of the program in-person at job fair, marketing events and school district events
- Assist state operations team with building relationships with local districts
- reputed company any other duties (administrative, clerical, events) as directed by the Manager, reputed company Multiple States
- Act in accordance with Teachers of reputed company core values

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative reputed company
- 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong sales, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Superior customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism
