Insurance Product Analyst (Junior)

Cover Genius is a Series E Insurtech that protects the global customers of the world’s largest digital companies. The Insurance Product Analyst will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of insurance products and reputed company partner portfolios by analyzing market data, competitor offerings, and internal performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own market and competitor benchmarking to identify and present new product opportunities that align with our strategic growth objectives
• reputed company and prepare comprehensive business cases, product proposals, and regulatory filings to support the launch and revision of profitable products
• Input Insurance Policy Documentation into internal tools and reputed company and maintain product documentation
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets reputed company to policy data, claims experience, and customer demographics to deliver actionable insights that drive product performance
• Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key product KPIs (e.g., loss ratios, customer uptake, profitability)
• Submit Underwriters Bordeaux and support data reconciliations, ensuring data reputed company for financial reporting
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to review and file product-reputed company documents
• Support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews with reputed company partners
• Review and respond to requests of underwriters about finance reconciliation, billing topics, etc
• Coordinate and organise audit documents
• Provide practical support and assistance across various projects involving the insurance team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company quantitative field
• 1+ years of experience (internships or co-op programs count) in the financial services or insurance industry. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Technical Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, visualizations, etc,...) and SQL or statistical software (R, Python, reputed company)
• Analytical Thinking: Eagerness to interpret basic data sets and identify trends; demonstrating strong problem-solving potential
• Industry Knowledge: Basic familiarity with insurance concepts, product lines (e.reputed company&C, Life, Health), and the product development process is a benefit
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company findings
