[Remote] In-Home Therapy Clinician - Marshfield Territory
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Health Alliance is dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care and is seeking a passionate Master level Clinician for their In-Home Therapy team. The role involves assessing families, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to youth and families, reputed company while working in their natural environments.
Responsibilities
- Assessing families and youth in their natural environments (home, school, community)
- Developing treatment plans that reflect family voice and choice
- Providing therapy to youth and families using evidence-based approaches
- Preventing hospitalizations and out-of-home placements
- Managing crises and building safety plans that actually work
- Guiding families toward healthier relationships, reputed company communication, and stronger emotional wellness
- Teaming up with our bachelor’s-level support staff to provide comprehensive wraparound care
Skills
- Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field - must be license eligible
- Valid MA Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with a good driving record
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic setting
- Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
- Ability to reputed company clinical judgments and work independently
- Compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to equity and family-centered care
