This role involves maintaining efficient operations and fostering positive relationships with insurance carriers and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the training and mentoring provided by the reputed company Lines
- Becomes proficient on the basic reputed company Lines job functions:
- Processed reputed company 3 days of receipt
- Anti-Arson Processed reputed company 3 days of receipt
- Routine Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of If received by 3pm same day turnaround; otherwise next business day
- Order Loss
- Company required renewal
- Prepare Summaries of
- Cancellations/Reinstatements
- Audits
- Excess & Surplus Lines documents
- Marshall & Swift evaluations
- Auto ID cards
- Invoicing
- Finance Agreements
- Insurance reputed company rating systems
- Boiler Inspections/Violations
- Manages their Home page in EPIC by keeping open activities
- Becomes proficient on company rating
- Departmental back up on an as-needed
- Performs other duties as requested or
- As the CSA becomes proficient, cross train on CSR job
