Staff Attorney

reputed company is seeking a Staff Attorney to support the deal process and ensure that agreements align with business objectives and legal requirements. The role involves drafting, analyzing, and negotiating reputed company while providing legal advice to business teams and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the deal process from start to finish, ensuring Arrow’s interests are represented and agreements balance reasonable risk with growth goals, under the guidance of senior legal team members
  • Assist in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contract and order-level terms that support business objectives, while complying with applicable laws and Arrow policies
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, amendments, and templates—including vendor, professional services, distribution, licensing, SaaS, and other reputed company agreements
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical legal and reputed company advice to business teams, coordinating with other legal team members and stakeholders (e.g., finance) as required
  • Identify and escalate legal and business issues to senior attorneys as necessary
  • Proactively manage client expectations and deliver timely, accurate work product with support from the legal team
  • Partner with contract managers for day-to-day management of Arrow’s reputed company agreements, including legal reputed company, issue escalation, and reputed company support
  • Participate in training for business and field locations on best practices and contract/legal topics
  • Handle other reputed company matters as assigned, with mentorship and supervision

Skills

  • 1–4 years of relevant transactional experience in a law firm or corporate law department
  • Foundational knowledge of reputed company law; interest or experience in engineering design services and software licensing (including reputed company/SaaS) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn industry, business, and operational matters quickly
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and balance competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player
  • JD from an accredited law school and license to practice law in CO or any US jurisdiction
  • Interest in electronics/technology distribution preferred
