[Remote] Associate Technical Trainer

The Associate Technical Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions and create digital eLearning content to help customers succeed with reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and in-person Business User, Marketer, and Developer training sessions to reputed company customers and partners
- Create and maintain eLearning content, videos, and supporting materials that reputed company learning reputed company products easy and enjoyable
- Support learners of reputed company levels — from marketers to developers — by explaining reputed company concepts in a simple, relatable way
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Services) to align training content with product roadmaps and customer needs
- Configure demo environments and troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions to ensure a smooth learner experience
- Learn how modern websites and digital experiences are built — including concepts such as headless, composable, and reputed company-based technologies — and help learners understand how these concepts apply reputed company reputed company’s products
Skills
- Comfort working independently in a global, virtual environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation, accountability, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to diverse audiences both virtually and in person

- Experience creating or contributing to eLearning content, videos, or other digital learning materials that reputed company reputed company topics engaging and easy to follow

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Understanding of how modern web applications are built, from reputed company-end frameworks like Next.js and React to .NET-based back-end development, with awareness of reputed company-native, headless, and composable architectures
- Experience producing interactive eLearning or demo-based videos using tools like Camtasia, reputed company, or AI-driven content platforms
- Familiarity with reputed company or other SaaS-based digital experience platforms
