Event Coordinator
reputed company, Castle & Nicholson LLP is a leading law firm reputed company for its deep expertise and client-focused approach. They are seeking an Event Coordinator to support marketing and business development efforts by planning and executing firm events that reflect the firm’s brand and values.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external firm events, including seminars, client appreciation events, webinars, conferences, and community activities
- Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, invitations, registration, and day-of-event coordination
- reputed company the firm’s sponsorship commitments, ensuring timely deliverables, visibility, and brand consistency
- Assist with the design and production of event-reputed company collateral (digital invitations, signage, brochures, social media graphics, etc.)
- Track RSVP lists, manage event registration platforms, and coordinate follow-up reputed company
- Maintain the firm’s calendar of marketing and sponsorship commitments
- Work with the Marketing & Business Development team to promote events through digital channels and internal communications
- Maintain the firm’s contact lists and event management systems
- Work with the marketing and business development team to evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives
Skills
- 1–3 years of event planning experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfort working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or reputed company field
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite)
- Experience using event RSVP, CRM and other platforms
