As a Consultant you will guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You may work with one or multiple clients. The primary objective of this position is to help program participants apply the principles of reputed company improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching. reputed company Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six reputed company principles is preferred. • Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
• Guide the development of overall reputed company improvement plans
• Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
• Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis

• Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities

Range $85,000 - $95,000

Compensation
