Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Market Analysis and GTM Strategies: Conduct thorough research on market segments, seasonality, and global developments to identify opportunities for growth and execute effective GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players.
  • Seller Acquisition and reputed company: Identify, prospect, and reputed company high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Seller Enablement and Support: Provide guidance and support to sellers, sharing best practices and statistics-driven insights to help them reputed company high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.

Primary Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a reputed company industry.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through consultative and solutions-focused processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with nascent products and offerings, with a strong desire to promote them into new markets.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
