Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our artwork, layout, and engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in our development process
- Working with the team to generate candidate solutions, weighing tradeoffs given the context and development timeline, implementing the selected solution, and promoting its adoption by the team
- Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary reputed company-specific and custom gear used daily
- Building and guiding custom asset pipelines
- Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
- Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing reputed company answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear
- Enjoyment of growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines
