Requirements:

• Proven experience in reputed company property management and lease administration, with a strong understanding of reputed company lease agreements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
