Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote – PH-Based) Location: Tustin, Orange County, CA (US-based) – Remote for overseas applicants Job Type: Part-Time (approx. 25 hours per week to start, will grow quickly) About the Company: We are a rapidly growing Tesla and EV repair shop based in Tustin, Orange County, CA. We specialize in high-quality repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics for Tesla owners and other EV drivers who care about their cars as much as we do. We’re expanding and looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and help deliver a premium experience to our customers. This role is remote and ideal for candidates in the Philippines who can work during our U.S. business hours, roughly 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST (about 25 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase hours as we grow). Role Overview: As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, book jobs, send invoices and estimates, and assist with general admin work that keeps the shop running smoothly.
