Agile Product Management Senior Advisor
Duration: 10+ Months Location: NJ-Morris Plains, 100% Remote Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Agile Product Management Senior Advisor, you will join Turnberry's Business Agility practice. Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and reputed company-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer
- Define system features and participate in validation
- Responsible for the scope of work that the Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the reputed company and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Must be aware of other work being completed reputed company the Portfolio so that they can help teams proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Provide counsel and advice to top management on significant matters, often requiring coordination between organizations
- Focus on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines
- Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most reputed company assignments
Qualifications
- Well-versed in Agile frameworks, methodologies and principles, experience with epic/feature/story tracking systems - preferably JIRA, experience with backend processing systems, Rule Based systems and UI based platforms
- Experience in a cross functional setting
- Bachelors or higher degree preferred
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
