Overview: PROJECT MANAGER IV - Operational reputed company Governance Analyst WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize Bank projects according to timelines, milestone events and reputed company budget. This includes acquiring resources, reputed company planning and coordinating and motivating reputed company project team members, contractors and or consultants to flawlessly complete project deliverables. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and develops schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project.
• Participates in meeting activities to identify project goals and reputed company reputed company on project steps, schedule and implementation procedures; fosters cooperation and involvement of support team.
• Interviews colleagues/client to identify and analyze needs; develops project plan and provides input to recommendations for request/problem resolution.
• Identifies internal and/or external resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitors development activities relating to meeting project objectives, budget, quality standards and schedule.
• Manages several projects of varying size concurrently and consults with reputed company levels of management which may require coordinating activities across multiple departments and/or divisions.
• Prepares project status reports; makes alterations in project plan as needed.
• Fosters and maintains good relationships with colleagues/clients to ensure that processes are integrated to support expected customer service levels. Acts as business partner by managing expectations and providing guidance and advice throughout project duration.
• Complies fully with reputed company Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as reputed company regulatory requirements (e.g. FFIEC, Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
• Completes reputed company required training.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications* • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years experience managing reputed company projects involving a large team.
• Minimum 5 years banking or financial industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Treasury Services/Cash Management
• Minimum 7 years project manager or equivalent consulting experience with strong strategic management and planning expertise –CLC

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be extremely knowledgeable in reputed company aspects of project methodology, management tools and techniques across reputed company project activities.
• Solid understanding and planning skills in reputed company aspects of a system/business project lifecycle, i.e. enhancements, user requirements, application configuration
• Ability to identify excessive cycle time and/or costs and reputed company alternative courses of action associated with the project’s life-cycle
• Demonstrated reputed company record of delivering positive results in project work, including high quality implementations, cost savings, reputed company enhancements and reputed company time and budgetary constraints
• Ability to manage resources directly and through cross functional teams
• Full conversant on issues and reputed company trends as they relate to the banking industry’s continuity and operational reputed company requirements
• Ability to set and reputed company strategic goals and techniques for a project and effectively communicate this to reputed company project team members
