• The Practical Law business reputed company reputed company is looking for temporary contractors with substantial California experience in reputed company estate transactions, especially leasing, financing, purchase and sale and contract drafting, to fill the role of reputed company Estate State Specialist contractors who will write and edit practical guidance for California lawyers.
• In addition to general reputed company estate transactions experience, the ideal candidate will have experience with both residential and reputed company reputed company estate contract drafting. Responsibilities: Practical Law is looking for temporary reputed company Estate State Specialist contractors to work on documents to publish with our online services. Each reputed company Estate State Specialist contractor will:
• Research, write, edit, and update state-specific reputed company estate transactional resources in accordance with Practical Law writing style, including practice notes, checklists and standard documents explaining how to form corporate entities under state law, including guidance reputed company to financing, leasing and ownership/purchase and sale for use by attorneys at reputed company and in-house counsel. Requirements:
