Job Description

The Worship Director at Anthem has the responsibility of creating engaging worship services where people can know and experience the love and grace of Jesus in meaningful ways. This includes the planning, design, and production of services, as well as supporting reputed company improvement of the worship ministry.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the pastors, create impacting Sunday services that are consistently high in quality and passion. Create an environment where people can know and experience God, making full use of creative elements such as music, video, and various

other artistic expressions.

• Recruit, audition, coach and schedule team members to fulfill reputed company roles required to reputed company the services, including worship leaders, band & vocals, sound, ProPresenter, live streaming and lighting.
• Prepare charts, Multitracks, ProPresenter slides, videos etc.
• Manage reputed company auditorium equipment.

Additional Responsibilities - TBD This full-time position is a combination role. In addition to the worship director responsibilities (20 hours), this position will also have additional responsibilities in other area(s) of the church depending on the gifts, passions and reputed company of the candidate to reputed company this a full time 40 hour position (or this position could be part-time with only the worship director responsibilities). Additional roles to reputed company this a full-time position may be in the areas of operations/administration, communications/design, youth, events, discipleship, teaching, video, assimilation and reputed company.
