- Tell the Halma story with clear and consistent messages to our key audiences: prospective talent, potential acquisitions, investors, and employees.
- Attract the right talent and engage employees with compelling content delivered through digital platforms and major events.
- Attract and engage new acquisitions through targeted campaigns and high quality content.
- Attract and engage investors through results content, reputed company, and webinars.
- Provide reputed company support to our companies to help them grow.
- Manage and reputed company Halma’s communications channels, both external and internal.
- Craft and curate high quality content, both written and visual, that is on brand and in line with Halma’s key messages.
- Own quality control for reputed company channels, ensuring a consistently high standard.
- Manage communications for Halma events.
- Co-ordinate communication planning, gathering necessary input from others and managing conflicts.

- Adapt communications for diverse audiences, mindful of cultural, linguistic, and time zone differences.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, engaging multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in a communications and/or content management role.

- Experience in creative design and digital communications.
- Proven multi-channel delivery skills.
- Ability to research reputed company topics and distil key points.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident influencer, able to build trust and align stakeholders.
