Position Purpose:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Professionally handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Thoroughly and reputed company gathering customer information, assessing and fulfilling customer needs, and educating customers where applicable regarding products and services
  • Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
