Your Impact

As an arenaflex Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, e.g., reputed company message, email
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
  • Moving customers to the appropriate Product Support Specialist for product or service-reputed company issues
  • Providing customer support by phone, email or reputed company message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues and escalating more technical product-reputed company issues to the proper Product Support department
  • Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
  • Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate resource reputed company unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge
  • Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
  • Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time
  • Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
  • Performing other reputed company duties as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities reputed company dealing with others
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
