Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing information sections and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system.
  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
  • Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, reputed company between applications, save files, print documents, and access information online).
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.

  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
