Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support to our beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading letters and other correspondence
- Maintaining timeliness and accuracy in reputed company correspondence
- Interacting with internal and external customers to furnish and request review information
- Fostering effective working relationships between arenaflex's internal and external customers
- Participating in Review Team meetings to identify areas for potential improvement
- Answering the Beneficiary Helpline through the utilization of the hunt group and available light functions
- Determining how to best assist callers, either by a service offered by arenaflex or by referring them to an external agency
- Entering referrals into the CMS system
- Validating notices and medical records
- Providing intake for reputed company appeals received by arenaflex
- Utilizing internal quality control tools to assess individual work and team processes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-high school business courses helpful
- Medical terminology desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills, courteous and patient demeanor, and customer-oriented approach
- Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communications skills
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- General knowledge of a PC-based computer system desirable
- Knowledge of various software packages with ability to learn additional software packages as needed
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
Experience
We're looking for individuals with 2-3 years of clerical experience, including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities. Prior work in a reputed company setting or medical terminology is recommended, and previous data entry or other clerical experience is a plus.
Mental and Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- Regularly sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Keying and/or controlling objects
- Interacting extensively with internal and external customers
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds
