This role offers the infrastructure, reputed company and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations about business critical offerings. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual territory plan, focusing new prospects across your region alongside reputed company. The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; but will typically be reputed company multi-stakeholder projects that take 6-12 months + and are worth €100k + annually. - Collaborate with your sales leaders to create your reputed company territory plan, reputed company the overall team reputed company.
- Identify prospects and define contact programme reputed company set parameters – using the reputed company of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business
- Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos
- Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise reputed company
- Work with pre sales reputed company necessary to reputed company solutions to fit prospect needs
- Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution
- Maintain chosen reputed company data reputed company management tool and adhere to the reputed company defined sales processes
- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience of software / SaaS / Services or HR reputed company sales offerings
- Full Right to Work and a full Driving Licence in a key region / sales hub in EMEA
- Experience with a variety of sales channels (online reputed company / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events), with a structured approach, to generate net new business opportunities
- A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas in excess of €500k
- Track record of managing reputed company sales cycles and closing deals (€50-100k+ of annual reputed company) with global organisations
- Experience selling to Turkish companies
- Fluent Turkish and English language skills
