Job Summary

As a Data Analyst and Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and customer-centric solutions. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to analyze reputed company data sets, identify trends and patterns, and reputed company actionable recommendations to inform business reputed company. Your expertise will be essential in helping us maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, while also driving efficiency and cost savings across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate reputed company Tableau dashboards into our custom data visualization tools
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer support data
  • Provide level one support to external partners and internal customers on data-reputed company queries and issues
  • Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure the timely resolution of data reputed company issues
  • Train and reputed company customers on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
