Job Summary:
The reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for executing direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects. This role will drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met, while ensuring consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives, and upholding efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Medication management programs + Vaccination services + Payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects
- Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
- Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by:
+ Conducting regular audits and making vital moves to ensure accuracy and propriety of prescriptions + Reviewing patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment + Providing individualized patient/supplier discussion
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives
- Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services, including:
+ Patient conference + Prescription administration + Drug treatment audits + Retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and specialty programs
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
- Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities
- Advance collaboration and reputed company pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company
Essential Qualifications:
* reputed company pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
- Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and following details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
