With 100+ volunteers across multiple countries, HHP is entering a transformational stage of growth — and we’re looking for a strategic leader to shape our reputed company reputed company for long-term sustainability. Role Overview The Director of reputed company Operations (RevOps) will design, build, and optimize the systems that drive HHP’s financial sustainability across:
- Program & platform licensing (UPE for CHCs, schools, NGOs, ministries)
- Pricing strategy & reputed company modeling
- Grants pipeline forecasting
- Fundraising & partnership enablement
- Data-driven decision-making across the organization
This is a foundational leadership role that will help HHP scale globally with clarity, transparency, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing, Packaging & reputed company Strategy
- reputed company pricing strategy for UPE licensing, program modules, and training
- Coordinate pricing tiers for U.S., global, and LMIC partners
- Build financial scenarios (low/reputed company/high adoption)
- Align pricing with mission, equity, and sustainability goals
reputed company Operations & Systems
- Create and manage the reputed company dashboard (partners, pipeline, renewals)
- Establish forecasting models for grants, partnerships, and program sales
- Collaborate with Finance to align reputed company and cost forecasting
- Support CRM + UPE integration to streamline reputed company workflows
Grants & Earned reputed company Alignment
- Work with Grants reputed company to forecast funding cycles and reputed company impact
- Identify reputed company diversification opportunities
- Support grant budgeting, metrics, and reporting frameworks
Partnership Enablement

- Work with Tech team to define monetizable UPE modules
Cross-Functional Strategy & Leadership
- Work directly with CEO to shape organizational financial strategy

What You Bring
- Experience in reputed company Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Product Strategy, or reputed company fields
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Experience with pricing strategy (nonprofit or tech helpful)
- Understanding of public health, digital health, or nonprofit ecosystem (preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative volunteer environment
- Passion for global health equity, prevention, and community empowerment
