Our Commerce Data Science team works with a broad range of collaborators and stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Finance, to inform commerce strategy and data-informed decision-making through analysis, metrics research, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling, but also through exceptional judgment, partnership, and business acumen. To be successful in this role, you have:

• Strong data manipulation and quantitative programming skills in SQL and Python or R
• Experience designing experiments and familiarity with observational causal inference methodologies

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
