About the Role
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying benefits, and facilitating the entry of new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system. You will also communicate with patients to collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring timely and compassionate support throughout their healthcare journey.
- Coordinate and process new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and facilitating prescription entry into the pharmacy information system.

Schedule and Work Environment
This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 11 AM to 7:30 PM EST, offering a structured and predictable work environment.
