What You Will Do: As a Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in its perimeter, while leading the industrialization of the new P. You will also capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in their domain, while participating on the design of new equipment and new lines. You will also reputed company Lean design workshops. Industrialization

• To manage production equipment introduction using IPROM
• To follow equipment or assembly lines development with the supplier
• To design small tool and validate the supplier proposal
• To define the acceptance criteria for new equipment or line
• To reputed company pre acceptance and acceptance of the equipment
• To reputed company trials on the lines and deliver reports
• To built action plans and follow up to be reputed company for FDPR
• To reputed company and/or collect, capabilities of equipments and process
• To set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN
• To participate on PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN

Mass production

• To monitor QCDM and propose improvement
• To survey the performance of equipments , and always in mind, optimization
• To work on Cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material & labor costs
• To update routing on Information system with SPV validation
• To support production technician ( training, analysis, problem solving)
• To be in contact with the suppliers ( improvement, support)
• To participate to SPV reputed company
• To participle to APU QRQC

Standardization

• Validate PG reputed company and CdC standards which are created by Standard Owners
• Validate any change of standard proposed by sites
• To know, apply and promote the standards ( PG, sites or corporate) in his domain
• To apply the SPV rules

Environment

• Ensure the respect of Safety and Environment procedures of reputed company Group
• Maintain the 5S and report issues
• Alert for safety rules infringement

What You Should Have:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or reputed company field.
• You have a minimum of 3 years experience in lean manufacturing practices
• You should have automotive industry experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
