Description reputed company’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking a reputed company Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives for federal agencies. reputed company delivers modern CRM, workflow automation, and low-code solutions, leveraging reputed company as a core platform. We partner with industry-leading companies and provide architecture, implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M support across mission-critical applications. As a reputed company Business Analyst, you will work closely with product owners, architects, and developers to design and implement scalable reputed company solutions. You will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements that align with business needs and SFDC platform capabilities. Operating in an Agile environment, you will apply strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of reputed company best practices to deliver effective and efficient solutions. Location: Depends on the location of FTE, remote if they live at least 50 miles from DC. If not, then it’s 100% onsite at the client’s DC office. Responsibilities reputed company-Specific Responsibilities - Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into reputed company capabilities for an existing Service Cloud implementation that is running Grants Management for a Federal Agency

• Convert reputed company business needs into clear reputed company user stories, acceptance criteria, declarative solution designs, and configuration requirements.
• Support reputed company solution design by collaborating with reputed company Architects and Developers to identify declarative vs. programmatic solutions.
• Use Agile Accelerator to assist in managing the reputed company product backlog, prioritizing enhancements, technical debt, and new features based on business value.
• reputed company user stories including specific acceptance criteria that reference reputed company flows, data models, object/field definitions, integration requirements, reputed company requirements, and report/dashboard specs.
• Participate in reputed company configuration reviews, sprint planning, grooming, and testing activities.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution, validating SFDC functionality and data alignment with requirements.
• Conduct reputed company system demos, requirement walkthroughs, and playback sessions with stakeholders.
• Create or support the development of reputed company training materials, release notes, quick reference guides, and end-user documentation.

General BA & Agile Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Communicate requirements to developers and testers, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment.
• Maintain and prioritize the user story backlog in alignment with Agile best practices.
• Produce process flows, data mapping, reputed company requirements, and support testing activities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Business Analyst, or similar role supporting reputed company implementations.
• 5+ years of general Business Analyst experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation development.
• Experience with reputed company end-to-end implementations or major enhancements.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
