About the Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join reputed company as an reputed company Customer Logistics Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing reputed company data sets, developing actionable insights, and implementing supply chain optimization strategies to drive business results. Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with our partners to manage GRS settings and ensure reputed company orders to drive logistics efficiencies, improving overall supply chain performance.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins.
  • Creating and presenting relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment and drive business results.
  • Analyzing, validating, manipulating, and interpreting reputed company data from cross-functional partners to reputed company solutions and optimization opportunities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines, ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Collaborating with our partners and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with our industry standards.
  • Analyzing internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Addressing reputed company reputed company customer-reputed company issues and analysis requests as they arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Developing strong relationships with sales teams to ensure reputed company needs are met, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process.
  • Experience managing and connecting large, reputed company data sets, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with reputed company Power BI, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced experience in reputed company (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required), driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with ERP and TMS (reputed company Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus), driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience a plus, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
