About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Create highly satisfied and engaged customers through strategic engagement and support
- Increase customer retention by providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships
- Drive adoption of our platform by providing training, support, and guidance to customers
- Drive referrals by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Collaborate with our reputed company and Sales Leadership teams to reputed company and execute reputed company strategies
- Own various customer-facing interactions, including onboarding, training, and support
