- Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Support Engineers, Sales, Product, and Engineering, to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery in response to support tickets, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.

Profile We’re Looking For
