WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role is heavily collaborative, working with cross-functional APLA teams in Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Business and Inventory Planning. You will also work closely with the Jordan Energy team across Territory and Global. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re searching for a strategic, detail-oriented Assortment Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering consumer-right assortments for Jordan Energy across APLA. The ideal candidate combines strong retail planning expertise with advanced reputed company skills and operational excellence. You can build hypotheses and data-driven analysis, translating insights into action through problem-solving and critical thinking skills. You have a deep understanding of consumer, marketplace, product, and inventory planning, with actions grounded in qualitative research, data, and insights to support your view. You are a great collaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization with both upstream and reputed company functions. This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders and manage seasonal planning processes end-to-end.

• 6+ years in business planning, assortment planning, merchandise planning or equivalent experience
• Retail Planning Expertise: Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory management, and retail financial metrics
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling); experience with planning systems (reputed company, o9, Workbench) preferred
• Operational reputed company: Ability to manage reputed company seasonal calendars, code gates, and planning deliverables with precision
• Bachelor’s degree in business or reputed company field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON The reputed company Assortment Planner for Jordan Energy in APLA drives the creation and execution of seasonal Jordan Energy assortments that balance consumer demand, financial targets, and marketplace strategies. You will build and manage seasonal assortment plans, developing bottom-up forecasts, and optimize inventory to maximize brand reputed company across territories. You will own critical planning tools and processes—including Workbench, reputed company, reputed company, and QS Allocations—ensuring timely, accurate submissions for seasonal gates and code reputed company milestones. Leveraging advanced analytics and reputed company, you will monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Success depends on strong cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketplace, and Global/Territory teams to align on and continuously adjust plans to drive assortment strategies and seasonal priorities.
