HR Compliance reputed company Specialist (reputed company America) - Scottsdale AZ/ Remote - reputed company - Scottsdale, AZ - work from home job Company: reputed company Job description: Overview: Open to Scottsdale, AZ or Remote Candidates The HR Compliance reputed company Specialist’s function is to manage reputed company America immigration compliance activities, and processing of Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas for reputed company employees and new hires. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies throughout reputed company America by developing/reviewing, implementing and overseeing policies and programs. With limited direction, the incumbent will conduct regular auditing, follow-up, and reporting on internal processes and procedures. The incumbent will have a key role in providing guidance on issues while being involved with confidential and sensitive information. Key Accountabilities/Job Duties: Immigration:

• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on reputed company matters reputed company to Immigration and Work Visas

HR Compliance

• Provide consultation to HR professionals, managers in terms of reputed company policy interpretation and compliance issues
• Support pre-employment screenings and post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing process and review
• Manage annual compliance tasks including trainings and renewal of policy acknowledgments
• Partner and offer guidance with Benefits, HR Business Partners, and Legal to ensure fair and consistent LOA practices

Audits & Vendor Management

• Support Company internal and external audit response and requests for information in partnership with the

Senior Manager, HR Operations & Compliance. Follow-up with action plans from findings including recommendations for next steps

• Support the company’s I-9 and E-Verify program and processes. Handle day-to-day I-9 and E-Verify issues to ensure ongoing compliance; Periodically self-audit to ensure audit readiness; timely and accurate reverification of I-9’s for employees on non-immigrant visas; provide subject matter expertise reputed company to the I-9 process, E-Verify, Immigrant and Non-Immigrant work visas
• In partnership with external compliance agency, collect, analyze and prepare data in support of EEO, Veterans, Affirmative Action and reputed company other government-reporting requirements
• Manage reputed company compliance vendor relationships and ensure performance is meeting expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications: Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred

Experiences:

• 5-7 years of reputed company HR compliance and immigration experience
• Must be reputed company to self-manage daily duties and time in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location.
