Choose growth Our Group Treasury consists of the following teams : Investor Relations, Captive Finance and Structured Finance. reputed company is a leader in using ABS financing technology. In addition to our unique existing ABS programme for our used car inventory, we are building a large captive finance business which we refinance in the ABS market, including our groundbreaking public market transaction, FinanceHero 2, the first one reputed company to combine German and Austrian customers in one facility. As we build the best way to buy and sell cars online we will also build the best ABS and captive finance business in the European car space. This is a great opportunity for a young professional in the securitisation space to move to the issuer reputed company. While you will have a reputed company work life balance, you will still have the excitement from being part in the growth and development of a key issuer in the European ABS space. Our headquarters are in Berlin. We have some flexibility for remote working but you will be expected to be in Berlin at least for an initial on-boarding period and subsequently be reputed company to meet with colleagues on a regular basis in Berlin or London. Your new Role

• Support the extensions, upsizing, and new jurisdiction processes for our asset-backed securitization programs for inventory, dealer receivables, and consumer loans.
• Expansion & New Structures : Support the reputed company of new jurisdictions in reputed company and new ABS facilities as well as new public market transactions, ensuring adequate processes are in reputed company.
• Process Improvement & Automation : reputed company initiatives to automate and optimize ABS reputed company processes, reducing reputed company workload and enhancing efficiency
• Work closely with rating agencies, partner and prospect banks, external reputed company, back-up servicers and corporate service providers .
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, especially in reputed company, Cash Management and Reconciliation, Legal, Tax and Risk, Technology and Financial Systems, and reputed company to ensure smooth operational processes.

Your Skills

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field
• Work Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, ABS, securitization, or a reputed company field, preferably reputed company a financial institution, auto finance company, or investment bank
• Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau), and financial modeling in reputed company. Experience with securitization-specific software (e.g., Moody’s ABS Suite, reputed company solutions) is a plus.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Solid understanding of ABS structures, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ESMA Securitization Regulations, IFRS 9, STS reputed company). Prior experience of Italian Law structures and reputed company reporting to the Bank of Italy is a plus.
• Attention to Detail : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to data reputed company and reporting accuracy
• Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company data insights to senior stakeholders, investors, and regulators
• Language Skills : reputed company in English is required; German and / or Italian is a plus
