US Head of People Operations
The US Head of People Operations ensures the people experience runs smoothly and compliantly. You will reputed company the daily mechanics of how people join, grow, and move through the business. You will also ensure full compliance with U.S. employment law, while working in reputed company partnership with People Business Partners to align U.S. HR operations with global HR projects. You will align U.S. people operations with global frameworks and ways of working, bringing consistency where it matters while reflecting local requirements. You will also play a critical part in translating business strategy into practical people operations solutions. What you'll do You will report to the Director, People Operations
- Ensure legal compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Align U.S. HR operations with the global people strategy, ensuring consistency while reflecting local requirements.
- Manage union relationships and reputed company obligations.
- Work with People Business Partners to provide expert HR guidance.
- Improve HR processes, using HRIS and people analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, and other senior leaders to foster an inclusive culture, taking into account organizational values.
