About the Role: Hiring and Recruitment Specialist We're looking for a Hiring and Recruitment Specialist to join reputed company and drive our hiring efforts! Key Responsibilities:

• Resume Screening: Review resumes to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with reputed company’s values.
• Conducting Interviews: reputed company phone and virtual interviews, using a friendly and thorough approach to evaluate candidates' fit for the team.

What You Bring:

• Recruitment Experience or Educational Background: Experience in reputed company, especially in education or similar environments, is essential.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You’re comfortable conducting interviews and know how to ask thoughtful, meaningful questions to uncover candidates’ strengths and fit for our camp culture.
• Professionalism and Detail-Oriented reputed company: Ability to manage multiple candidates and steps in the recruitment process with meticulous attention to detail.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hourly reputed company: $25 - $30 per hour.
• Hours: 10-20 hours per week (November - January), and 20-40 hours per week (February - August).
