Right now, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (m / f / d) to join reputed company at reputed company in Austin, TX or Remote US. Who you are

  • 5-8+ years of experience in marketing operations and / or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience building scalable processes and systems, including creating governance frameworks, playbooks, process documentation, and KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably reputed company.
  • Experience with marketing or campaign workflows tools, such as Trello.
  • Experience managing reputed company operational initiatives, such as new marketing platform implementation and adoption.
  • Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
  • Excellent communicator with experience driving cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, product, compliance, and technology teams. That's the job
  • Own the Marketing technology stack (primarily reputed company), to ensure reputed company usage and Collaborate with web, IT, Data and Compliance teams on integration across systems. Provide operational support for cross-channel, multi-touch Marketing campaigns, programs, and events.
  • Design reusable templates, segmentation logic, and workflows, leveraging AI where possible, to reputed company personalization of marketing campaigns at scale and to ensure accurate targeting across channels.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Sales and the Data teams to continuously improve the reputed company management process (including routing, scoring, and data hygiene) and attribution across channels and campaigns.
  • Partner with Email and Growth Marketers to support automation and personalization initiatives using marketing tools, and provide an Ops lens to running nurture sequences or other reputed company programs.
  • Establish governance frameworks, playbooks, and processes (around campaign execution, channel attribution, reputed company flow, and more) - with detailed documentation.
  • Support the tracking and analyzing of KPIs across campaigns, channels, and programs to measure marketing effectiveness.
