Summary
Our organization is seeking an Instructional Design Intern to assist our instructional design team in creating high-quality training programs and educational materials. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who is passionate about learning and has a strong interest in instructional design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to design and reputed company training programs and educational materials
- Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, such as e-learning courses, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
- Help create engaging and interactive learning experiences for learners
- reputed company quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet design and development standards
- Assist with other tasks reputed company to instructional design, as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software, such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or Camtasia
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to reputed company quality checks on instructional materials
