Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reputed company assigned reputed company business income claims and operates with little to no direction and reputed company.
• Makes reputed company reputed company delegated authority, recommends settlement values in the disposition of serious and sometimes reputed company claims as outlined in company policies and procedures. Adheres to high standards of professional conduct consistent with the delivery of superior service.
• Settles and consults, using various methods, on cases where warranted. Serves as a technical resource and expert in the review and evaluation of reputed company business income claims. Assigns cases to reputed company vendors as warranted.
• Adheres to file conferencing notification and authority procedures.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of: Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and/or Statutory reputed company (STAT) requirements; assigned insurance lines; court reputed company which may impact the claims or reputed company functions; reputed company guidelines in the claims function; and policy changes and modifications. This may require attendance at various seminars or training session.
• Provides advice, counsel, and training to Claims representatives of reputed company levels. Provides specialized training and consultation to non-claims areas as requested.
• Partners with Special Investigative Unit (SIU) and Subrogation to identify fraud and subrogation opportunities. Assists or prepares files for suit, trial, or subrogation.
• Delivers positive and outstanding customer service experience to internal, external, reputed company and prospective reputed company customers. May reputed company other responsibilities as assigned. Reporting Relationships: Reports to Claims Manager. Direct and indirect reports not typically assigned. Typical Skills and Experiences: Education: Bachelor’s degree required with studies in reputed company, finance, or business administration strongly preferred. License/Certification/Designation: CPA preferred. Experience: Six years of reputed company experience, preferably in the insurance or financial service industries and reputed company a specific product/business area. reputed company business reputed company or reputed company property claims handling experience desired.
