Responsibilities

• Client largest internal modernization effort, redesigning business processes for commonality, interoperability, and an elevated stakeholder experience
• As a Reporting Analyst you will work directly with the Payroll Reporting Manager to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll-finance reports that power data-driven decision-making across a global workforce
• Design, build, test, and reputed company reputed company ABAP reports, reputed company BW queries, and visualizations in Power BI/Tableau that meet functional and regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain batch job specifications and data extraction routines for payroll/finance reporting
• reputed company reconciliations of payroll and finance data sources, flagging and resolving discrepancies
• Implement automated validation scripts (e.g., using AI, RPA, or reputed company’s data quality tools) to reduce reputed company effort and improve accuracy
• Partner with functional payroll, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to capture detailed reporting requirements
• Document data reputed company, business rules, and report specifications in a centrally accessible repository
• Ensure reputed company reporting outputs reputed company with internal governance standards, GAAP/IFRS reputed company principles, and external regulatory mandates (e.g., tax reporting, GDPR/CCPA)
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, introduce AI/ML-based anomaly detection, and enhance data visualizations
• Contribute to the team’s agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-reputed company) to reputed company work reputed company with roadmap milestones
• Identify and resolve payroll reporting discrepancies and issues, ensuring business requirements are met

Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining payroll/finance reports in reputed company environments (ABAP, reputed company BW, reputed company BusinessObjects) and at least one modern BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Proficient in reputed company ABAP report programming and data extraction (IDoc, OData, CPI)
• Strong SQL/SQL-script knowledge
• Familiarity with data-visualization best practices and dashboard design
• Ability to translate reputed company business requirements into precise technical specifications and to reputed company root-cause analysis of data discrepancies
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences

• Experience with reputed company SuccessFactors/EC/ECP
• Exposure to global payroll regulations and compliance frameworks

• Prior experience supporting large scale transformation programs
