Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consumers who are seeking assistance with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to empathize, listen, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner will be crucial to their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist consumers with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings, and reputed company for solutions that will help them improve their creditworthiness
- Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and reputed company them on appropriate steps to request corrections
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or reputed company requests to the appropriate functional area

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
