Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Order/Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Sterling, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing data entry, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain management systems. Responsibilities

As a Customer Order/Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Following technical written procedures for customer order demands, CMMS PR/PO Status, customer inquiries, and database management.
• Providing data entry for reputed company and automated supply systems, including:
• Processing CMMS POs into BPM and SC360 systems
• Retaining reputed company files in the BPM Repository and adding reputed company required data to BPM
• Creating customer orders and purchase requisitions in GDIT's SC360 system
• Double-checking reputed company orders for errors daily
• Processing reputed company of deliveries
• Updating shipped order information in government systems
• Performing other reputed company duties as assigned, such as:
• Providing customer feedback
• Tracking customer inquiries
• Part resolution
• Review of PR/PO data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school degree and two to four years of reputed company data entry experience
• The ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with CMMS and SC360 systems
• Knowledge of government procurement regulations and procedures
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
