Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Work Schedule & Expectations

  • Meet Performance Metrics: Customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates will be closely monitored and evaluated.
  • Report to Customer Service Manager: You will be directly reporting to our Customer Service Manager, who will provide guidance and support as needed.
